Logistics Sales Manager

Job Description:

It is an individual contributor role at Regional/State Level catering to the following specifications:

  • Market expansion, Sales and generating new business.
  • Client relation and retention, Project acquisition.
  • New business revenue sources (client on-boarding), client relation buildup for lasting business.
  • Managing complete P&L, remittances and collection.
  • Handling escalations of Clients, timely response to every query.
  • Managing account’s operational queries like ensuring in-TAT deliveries and smooth NDR management.
  • Handling queries on business association and coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth client on-boarding and processing.
  • Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
  • Ensure proactive market research on product, competition and business opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate
  • 2-4 Years of experience in E-Commerce Courier Companies/Courier Aggregators
  • Go Getter.
  • Ecommerce Background, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Long-tail Sales, Enterprise Sales.
