It is an individual contributor role at Regional/State Level catering to the following specifications:
- Market expansion, Sales and generating new business.
- Client relation and retention, Project acquisition.
- New business revenue sources (client on-boarding), client relation buildup for lasting business.
- Managing complete P&L, remittances and collection.
- Handling escalations of Clients, timely response to every query.
- Managing account’s operational queries like ensuring in-TAT deliveries and smooth NDR management.
- Handling queries on business association and coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth client on-boarding and processing.
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
- Ensure proactive market research on product, competition and business opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 2-4 Years of experience in E-Commerce Courier Companies/Courier Aggregators
- Go Getter.
- Ecommerce Background, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Long-tail Sales, Enterprise Sales.
