Logistics Key Account Manager

Job Description:

It is a Client Relationship role at Regional/State Level catering to the following specifications:

  • Proactively interacting and setup meeting with clients to ensure high client satisfaction & maintaining high retention percentage.
  • Identifying issues faced by the client, deep diving into the same for the resolution while engaging with all available resources to resolve.
  • Complete co-ordination with clients for proper business understanding and aligning business needs & requirements.
  • To ensure client queries and issues are addressed and solution is delivered within a stipulated timeline.
  • Ensuring higher active client percentage and avoid loss of any client.
  • Up-sell, Cross Sell, Expansion of existing clients and ensure absolute delivery of company products and services to the new and existing partners.
  • To ensure sales, volumes and revenue growth of existing clients
  • Training and development of newly recruited team of people at entrant level.
  • Working on Coordination between various department e.g. Sales/Operations/Finance and Legal.
  • Preparing various operational reports on daily basis for on-time checks.
  • Ensure shipment cycle is completed and proper response is shared with the client for utter client’s satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate
  • 2-4 Years of experience in E-Commerce Courier Companies/Courier Aggregators
  • Go Getter.
